Oh... it's ON!
For anyone placing bets, Zach actually took the first steps, almost a month ago. The story behind it: Denise and Leo were over with Brandon a week or two before Thanksgiving. (For those who don't know, our boys LOVE Denise and Leo. Zach is especially in love with Denise. There was a particular instance at a party a few months back where the boys were fussy, and Denise was the only person, besides us, who could hold either of them without them crying.) So it figures that, all of his own accord, Zach gets to his feet and takes a couple of steps, towards Denise.
Since then, it's been impossible to capture either of them on video, as they were only on their feet for a matter of seconds. It's only been the last week or so that they'll get to their feet and take more than a couple of steps. Here's a video of Zach recently:
